But planning a trip for key advocates is a significant and specialized job. And it's crucial not to interrupt the momentum of your ongoing work.

Your guests require ongoing support as they travel. They need someone they can turn to with questions, ideas, and sometimes concerns. HSJ will be there to ensure our "ducks are in a row" and no one is left behind!

Event / Project Management - Timeline, budget management, vendor and team communications can be harmonized so that trip planning does not take away staff time.
Journey Outreach & Enrollment Management - In coordination with existing development strategies, HSJ can provide targeted, inspiring marketing and communications campaigns and promotions to help enroll a powerful delegation of travelers.
Media Strategy - How to maximize earned media about the trip, plus strategies for recording the "story" of the trip from start to finish utilizing photography and video.
Itinerary Development - HSJ can work with you to create an extraordinary day-by-day trip itinerary. We can customize the content of the trip to highlight your organizational goals, to honor our travelers' desire for meaningful involvement, and to care for their physical and emotional well-being during travel.
Guest Stewardship - HSJ can provide customer service to every traveler. Even the most intrepid adventurers can have a long list of questions and concerns when considering a trip abroad. HSJ will ensure that all travelers are informed, prepared, and inspired to get the most out of the trip.
Arrival and departure coordination - HSJ can ensure that each guest is welcomed and smoothly transitioned from one place to the next.
Day-to-day oversight and support - HSJ can be available to ensure questions are answered and physical or emotional needs are acknowledged and tended to.
Itinerary management - HSJ can ensure that days flow according to the itinerary while making changes as necessary. HSJ will coordinate with local providers of accommodation, meals, and transportation to keep things on track.
Payment Management - HSJ can ensure that payments and tips to local vendors and guides are made appropriately and tracked to budget.
Goal Management - HSJ can help ensure that PSU's strategic goals are highlighted in the trip, so that each guest has an opportunity to commit to making a specific, measurable impact for your organization.
Gratitude and acknowledgement - Thank you notes, gifts, and reminders to be given to guests and other stakeholders in a timely fashion after the trip.
Sustainable Integration - HSJ can provide detailed strategy for how to successfully integrate trips into your long-term development plan.
Quarterly follow-up - HSJ can provide communications to keep travelers in touch with one another, to keep on target with their committed goals, and to offer opportunities to share insights from the trip.
One-year-anniversary celebration and/or reunion - HSJ can help create an invitation to re-connect trip participants and celebrate the impact they made for PSU IE. This can also be the time to begin referral marketing for the next journey.
